Leading stairlift and home lift company Stannah has been named a Which? Recommended Provider for Stairlift Brands for the second consecutive year.
Stannah retains its status as the only stairlift brand to have been granted the prestigious accolade of Which? Recommended Provider, with an overall satisfaction rating of 75% when surveyed against three other stairlift brands in late 2022, the results of which have carried over from 2023 into 2024.
Which? surveyed 663 individuals who have purchased a stairlift within the past decade. Among them, more than a third (228) were Stannah customers.
Which? experts again noted that only one brand was deserving of their coveted Recommended Provider status, attributing a 75% rating based on overall satisfaction and likelihood to recommend.
Brands were also ranked on various criteria such as value for money, safety, quality, reliability, comfort, appearance, and ease of use. Stannah received five-star ratings across four categories.
Patrick Stannah, Joint Managing Director, comments: “We are very proud to have once again been named a Which? Recommended Provider and to still be the only stairlift brand to hold this status.
“Our dedication to excellence is a strong commitment across the business as we strive to enhance the lives of all of our customers. Stairlifts can be a life-changing product for our customers, so it’s only right that the service we offer holds the same value.”
Stannah has evolved from a small family business founded in 1867, into a global leader in mobility solutions, aiding over 900,000 individuals in the past four decades. This enduring legacy emphasise the brand’s commitment to excellence and its profound impact on improving lives.
