Dampness & Retrofit Wall Insulation – Tuesday 11th April at 1 PM

The recent rush on energy-saving retrofit has inadvertently caused problems with moisture and damp. Find out how to comply with PAS 2035 regulations to properly manage these important and delicate works in this one-hour session.

 – Explore the practical considerations contractors must make towards moisture management when installing retrofit insulation
 – Better understand the role of an approved Retrofit Coordinator in publicly-funded retrofit works
 – Find out everything you need to know about managing moisture for internal, external and cavity wall insulation

Dealing with Dampness in Existing Buildings – Tuesday 25th April at 1 PM

If you missed March’s Dealing with Dampness sessions, catch it in April. Discover the three most common types of dampness in buildings:

 – Rising Damp
 – Penetrating Damp
 – Excess Condensation

This session covers the latest and greatest methods of repair and treatment, including accurate diagnosis when symptoms are shared between different types of dampness. Make sure you’ve got the tools you need to accurately diagnose damp.
