VORTICE: Is your bathroom really a steam room?

  • 12 May 2023

If you create lots of steam in your bathroom and it takes ages to dissipate, you could have a problem. Inadequate extraction due to using a cheap bathroom fan, leads to condensation and moisture-generated black mould. The Lineo in-line mixed flow extractor fan is a firm favourite from VORTICE and now offers a plethora of models, including the Lineo Quiet and the energy saving Lineo ES.

Lineo mixed flow fans can be used with vertical or horizontal ducted installation and are suitable for domestic, commercial and industrial applications. All have low energy consumption, low noise emissions and are easy installable – they are the worker bees of bathroom extraction!

The Lineo product design optimises air flow, maximising performance and increasing efficiency. At the top of the range is the Lineo Quiet. It is built to minimise environmental sound emissions, using sound absorbing coatings and passive sound dampeners.

Jennifer Quinn, Marketing Manager, comments: “The repercussions of poor extraction are condensation and black mould. The Lineo is a top of the range collection of products using multi speed induction motors and because there are 26 models to choose from, this easy to install product can be specified to your own exacting requirements. I have the Lineo installed in my own home and can vouch for its efficiency.”
