Wienerberger appoints new Managing Director

Following the recent wider European management reorganisation, Keith Barker has been appointed as Managing Director of Wienerberger.

Keith is currently Wienerberger UK’s Commercial Director and has been on the UK board for over seven years, shaping the strategy of the business. He will become Managing Director in September.

Wienerberger UK has seen a period of rapid acquisitions over the previous decade, contributing to revenue and enabling the company to set trends an standards in areas as diverse as health and safety. 

The provider of building material solutions is also playing a huge part in the Digital Construction movement, with a specific focus on supply chain management and marketing.

Keith Barker comments: “Having worked within the senior management team for over seven years, I am excited to be taking this next step and helping further shape and mould Wienerberger’s future within the UK.”
